Hayim brings to DiViNetworks over a decade of experience spearheading development of complex engineering projects. Hayim is an expert mathematician and software engineer, as well as an inventor, holding several patents related to data acceleration and optimization. Prior to founding DiViNetworks, Hayim served as Chief Algorithmic Researcher at Expand Networks, where he developed the company's algorithms for compression and drop recovery. Hayim was also the CTO of DjinnyTech, which offered a client-side CPU-specific optimization

Ezra brings to DiViNetworks over a dozen years of experience in large-scale IT projects and software development. Prior to DiViNetworks, Mr. Muallem served as a senior manager in Ernst & Young, where he led various projects in the fields of ERP selection, IT strategy, Business Process Improvement, IT Audit and IT Risk & Security. Ezra also worked as senior software engineer in Elisra Electronic Systems, Ltd.

Ofek joined DiViNetworks following a decade of R&D leadership, and brings to DiViNetworks successful experience in developing telco-grade systems. Prior to DiViNetworks Ofek led R&D groups and programs in Flash Networks, a leading provider of mobile data optimization systems. During his tenure at Flash Networks Ofek was in charge of developing novel systems, which were deployed at tier-1 MNOs, such as Vodafone, T-Mobile and Verizon.

Shlomi joined DiViNetworks in 2010, bringing over a decade of operations and business experience in the telecommunication field. Shlomi served in various management positions in operators worldwide, managing network deployments from scratch for GVT Brazil (acquired by Vivendi), Orange Israel, ICE Costa Rica and others. Shlomi also served in sales and business development positions in Bell Labs Lucent Technologies, Amdocs, Teledata Networks, and TTI Telecom.

Tsahie joined DiViNetworks in early 2011. Prior to joining DiViNetworks, Tsahie was the Director of Sales and Market development at TTI Telecom. Tsahie is an experienced sales and channel development with more than 14 years of vast experience it the telecom industry.

Aditya joined DiViNetworks in 2012 following a long and successful tenure in senior business positions. Aditya has expertise in the capacity wholesale business, in operating global networks and in establishing successful lasting partnerships. Prior to DiViNetworks, Aditya served in managerial positions in Bharti-Airtel, heading the global carrier business and managing enterprise verticals. Prior to Bharti-Airtel, Aditya served in Siemens, where he headed the marketing department.
