Yair joined DiViNetworks in 2009, after serving as VP Marketing of Jungo (acquired by NDS), the leading provider of CPE middleware, delivering its products to operators such as Deutsche Telekom, Verizon, British Telecom, France Telecom, NTT, SKT and others. Prior to Jungo Yair served as VP Business Development, CTO, VP R&D and GM of the European subsidiary of Flash Networks, the leading provider of mobile optimization systems. Yair also sat on the Board of Directors of Koor Technologies, an early-stage VC, and provided strategic and technological consulting services to various companies and VCs.

Yair earned his B.A. in Mathematics and Physics from the Hebrew University, within IDF’s elite technological unit “Talpiot”, and earned his Ph.D. in Applied Math from the Technion.
